Coaching is provided between 40 minutes and an
hour a week - depending on the need. I have found that some clients
get fidgety and ready to close after 20 minutes and others use a
full hour at once. We can talk 3 times a week for 15 minutes, twice
a week for 20 minutes, once a week for an hour, or any other
combination that works for you. Coaching can also include email
contacts between sessions.
I ask that you commit to coaching for at least one month. (Although
most of my clients have been with me longer than that.) A month is
four weeks of coaching, regardless of when it starts. Change is a
